The Owens name is one that is well known and respected at Westview Boys? Home and in the Hollis community. Terry Owens is now serving Westview as its campus manager.
In that role, Terry has broad responsibilities in leading Westview?s house parent team in its care for young men. He also has substantial responsibilities in training WBH team members.
Terry brings over 15 years of experience in residential childcare to this role. He and his wife, Adrienne, have also served at Tipton Children?s Home in Tipton, OK and Sunnyglen Children?s Home in San Benito, TX. Adrienne is currently an administrative assistant at Westview.
Terry grew up at Westview with his parents, Carl and Jewell Owens, who were long-time house parents at the Home. He is an alumnus of Arnett High School, where he graduated with several other young men who grew up at the Home.
Terry previously served Westview as its transitional living mentor. He has a BS in Management and a MBA from Colorado Technical University. Terry?s specific field of interest is conflict management among youth. He as also studied trauma-sensitive therapeutic techniques at Texas Christian University.
